A place we call home.

Mountain Climb Patagonia is the international evolution of Aonek Aventuras. Founded by Santiago Calviño, it brings travelers into the landscapes, culture and wilderness we know, respect and call home.
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, in southern Patagonia, Santiago grew up exploring vast steppes, forests and mountains. That connection continues to shape every adventure he leads.
His experience spans high-altitude mountaineering in the Andes, ski mountaineering, traditional and sport climbing, trekking and wilderness expeditions. Away from the mountains, he enjoys fly fishing in Patagonia’s rivers and valleys.
Santiago also contributes to climbing conservation and re-bolting projects around Bariloche. His approach is personal and considered: small groups, local knowledge and experiences shaped around each guest.
He is a Mountain Guide authorized by Argentina’s National Parks Administration, a FASA-certified Sport Climbing Instructor and holds current Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification.
Our goal is simple: safe, authentic and unforgettable mountain experiences, with less rush and more connection.
